A hazardous tree is any tree which poses an imminent threat to life or property. Hazardous trees are trees with significant structural defects that are likely to lead to failure; increasing the potential to fall or break and causing property damage, injuries and power outages. These trees may be leaning, or have suffered insect damage or decay, or have a number of other structural problems. Fall and winter windstorms will often bring hazardous trees down abruptly. Inspecting trees for problems, particularly before and after storms, can prevent many potential problems and property damage.
· The selective removal of healthy trees from a crowded landscape provides space for remaining trees to grow and prosper.
· Tree stumps can be ground down below grade and a new tree can often be replanted in the same place. No stump is too big or too small.
· The removal of decrepit or nuisance trees can open up a place to replant a young, vigorous tree of your choice that can contribute to your landscape for decades.
· Sometimes a tree's problems are so advanced that pruning, cabling and other techniques just won’t work. When a hazardous tree must be removed to avoid property damage and personal injury, I will work conscientiously to eliminate your liability and safety concerns.
· No one likes expensive surprises. With an inspection, I can help you identify hazardous trees and plan ahead for their removal.
